in the organization but in the 21st century, Human Resource
Departments try to recruit new talents who can compete in the market to get a
competitive advantage for the organization
Because now organizations trend to fill their employees with the people who can gain competitive advantage. In the industry, there are more opportunities available for job seekers with globalization. However, organizations also change their policy regarding recruiting people.
Moreover, organizations tend to increase

Organizations tend to think of the safety and well-being of the employees and that makes increasing the employees’ retention ratio. In the 21st century, recruiting people mostly happens through the internet because it is easier for job seekers as well as for the organization. Job seekers able to send their resumes at any time staying at any place.

past, organizations put advertisements only in newspapers and through other
traditional media, but today it has changed and organizations put the
advertisements on the internet and the whole world able to access the
advertisements very easier
Technology becomes more important in this century. Many HRM factors are done through technology such as human resource job analysis, skill inventorying, available and sufficient human capital. These things are done through the human resource management systems.
These systems can work on dual purposes and can help
organizations with updating employee details, their salaries, their attendance
records, and complicated tasks like tracking the development of the employees.
The role of HR is more complex than ever. New and emerging technology has shifted the focus from personnel management and administrative tasks. The trends of artificial intelligence, diversity, cloud-based HR tech will drive the HR management in 2021 to formulate, implement corporate strategies, and improve employee engagement to boost a business. HRM is now becoming a strategic partner in helping a company to achieve its goals.
