1. Creating  a better environment in working place

When creating a better workplace for the employees, many factors influence and one by one is discussed below. Space provided to the employees inside of the organization as well as outside is very important because employees should have enough space to work properly with less stress. Providing privacy regarding the time they spend on the job while maintaining transparency is also important. Employees should be able to take breaks to discuss their matters with co-workers because this informal communication may lead the organization to make innovations. 

When making a better working place, it is important to think about employees and their personal needs at home including vacation, sick days. To make the work environment better, it is important to hire the right people as well because it is a miracle to achieve a successful environment without hiring the right people. The right people come with a lot of competencies such as a positive mind, skills, knowledge, adaptability which contribute to make the work environment successful since the employees also a part of the work environment.

 Lightning the organization also an important factor (The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, 2017). It may increase the productivity, motivation, and encourage workers to work hard on the job (Wyrwicz, 2017). Improving communication is also very important to create a better workplace for the workers because it can contribute by focusing on the way of communication of the management and the work employees and effects. Further management should ensure that trust their employees and valuable to the workplace to achieve goals. 

Management should more focus on high turnover departments or teams and identify why they have it or high complaints and find solutions. Workplace ethics is another important factor to make the environment better. To ensure that, always organizations need to focus on employee discipline. Always need to appreciate good work and recognize good work and encourage other employees also with that may influence positively on a better workplace environment. 

Organization events such as annual trips, sports meets are also very important to make a better environment because then employees can release their stress and make a high contribution to their jobs.

A healthy workplace environment improves productivity and reduces costs related to absenteeism, turnover, workers' compensation, and medical claims.
