1.  How highly educated and trained employees contribute to the organizations

When there are educated employees, that makes the higher productivity in the organization. Educated and well-trained employees are very efficient and effective and result in more productivity (Katzenbach, 2006)

The well-educated and trained employees are paid high salaries, which may lead to motivate and encourage them to focus on high performance. Moreover, these employees are assets for the organization and the organization needs to protect these employees and give more incentives to retain them in the organization and reduce the turnover of the employees.

These employees’ knowledge is a resource that leads the organization to its success (Dr. Trent Kaufman, 2013). Employees’ knowledge can be used to compete with the other rivals in the industry. When the organization has these kinds of employees, they can make strategies for the organization which leads to higher profits. When there are a bunch of educated and well-trained employees, they can engage in making higher profits. When the organization makes a higher profit, that can be used to invest in the business in the long-term and expand the business in different ways.

This knowledge can contribute in different ways such as new product developments, capturing new markets, and attract new customers. These employees are effectively involved in the problem-solving and decision-making process.

It may reduce the work of higher-level management and management can trust these employees and make them responsible more because of their experience and knowledge. When there are more trained and educated employees they can share their knowledge and experience with other workers while doing their job. That makes other workers also be more skillful and very talented. Other workers can learn from educated and trained employees and contribute more to the financial profits, goals, and objectives of the organization. These employees can find out new changes in the industry and how to cope with that changes to make the organization in success.

When there are fluctuations, technology changes, these employees can easily adapt to these changes and make other workers also adaptive to the changes and make them knowledgeable. Because these employees can easily train the other workers and teach them how to get changed and how to change with technological advancements.

  1. A well trained employee usually shows greater productivity and higher quality of work-output than an untrained employee. Training increases the skills of the employees in the performance of a particular job. An increase in the skills usually helps to increase both quantity and quality of output.
